数字同步检查继电器是一种电压测量继电器，设计用于两个电力系统连接在一起。同步检查继电器SPAU 140 C可用于同步检查功能和电压检查功能。当两个独立的网络或两个电气互连的网络部分要连接在一起时，使用同步检查功影，当断开的母线/线路要连接到电网的通电部分时，使用电压检查功能。只有当断路器两侧的电压满足幅度、相位和频率差的预设条件时，同步检查功能才允许断路器闭合。

The digital synchronous check relay is a voltage measurement relay designed for connecting two power systems together. The synchronization check relay SPAU 140 C can be used for synchronization check function and voltage check function. When two independent networks or two electrically interconnected network parts are to be connected together, use synchronous check function, and when disconnected buses/lines are to be connected to the energized part of the power grid, use voltage check function. The synchronization check function only allows the circuit breaker to close when the voltage on both sides of the circuit breaker meets the preset conditions of amplitude, phase, and frequency difference.
