SIL selection activates relevant restrictions and restrictions, such as only elements marked with SIL can be used in SIL applications.
In SIL level applications, you can choose between three IEC 61131-3 languages, functional block diagrams, structured text, and sequential functional diagrams (SIL1-2 only). For non SIL applications, all five IEC 61131-3 languages are available for use.
