●不要使用主电源断路器来控制电机，应使用控制盘键团和，或通过传动单元1/0板来实现。ACS 800直流电容器组的最大允许充电次数是10分钟内5次(例如直接电网充电)。

The transmission unit includes the following standard printed circuit boards:

● Main circuit interface board (AINT);

● Motor control and/O circuit board (RMIO-02) (connected to AINT via fiber optic):

● Input bridge control board (AINP);

● Input bridge protection board (AIBP) including varistors and buffers for thyristor rectifiers;

Power Supply Board (APOW):

● Gate control board [AGDR-61 or AGDR-62 (with du/dt limit option+E204)];

● Diagnostic and Control Panel Interface Board (ADPI):

● EMC filter board with option+E202 (NRFC and ARFC);

● Brake chopper control board (ABRC) with option+D150.

Before debugging the transmission unit and putting it into use, make sure that the motor and all driven equipment are suitable for operation within the speed range provided by the transmission unit. The transmission unit allows the motor, transmission machinery, and driven equipment to operate within a certain range beyond the rated value. The transmission unit can be adjusted to operate the motor at speeds higher and lower than the power frequency grid.

Do not activate the automatic fault reset function of standard applications in situations where danger may occur. If activated, these functions will reset the transmission unit and allow it to continue operating after a fault occurs.

Do not use the main power circuit breaker to control the motor. Instead, use the control panel key group or through the transmission unit 1/0 board. The maximum allowable charging frequency for ACS 800 DC capacitor banks is 5 times within 10 minutes (such as direct grid charging).
