The FENA-01/-11 module can be used for PROFIdrive configuration files or ABB frequency converter configuration files. In addition, this adapter also offers two transparent modes - for 16 bit and 32 bit words, respectively. As an EtherNet/IP server, the FENA Ethernet adapter supports ODVA AC/DC Drive, ABB frequency converter, and Transparent configuration files. For different configuration files, the adapter module supports both explicit messages that set each attribute of a class separately, and implicit messages that use input and output instances. Meanwhile, Modbus TCP also supports universal read/write single register function codes and multi register function codes.
