Customization of installation projects

IFIX 4.5 provides multiple functions to achieve customized installation. These features include the ability to create a scripted installation, where all issues that arise during the installation are answered by the script. Setup.exe includes new command-line options. During iFIX installation, additional SIMs or other programs can be installed. You can also include a different initialization graphical interface (initial interface), which will be displayed when you first load the iFIX installation CD. The iFIX 4.5 installation panel can be customized according to user requirements, highlighting special installation items or the use of iFIX products. You can also customize the installation menu, add or remove installation options, and eject other content from the CD. Finally, the iFIX CD can clearly accept additional content (basically application files or user tools), allowing their installation to proceed together with the iFIX installation.

Remote managementIFIX 4.5 supports Microsoft SMS (System Management Server) remote management capabilities. You can remotely manage and automatically stop iFIX, install SIMs, and restart iFIX by using Microsoft SMS.

In special cases where sellers consider iFIX as part of their complex product system, it is advantageous to redefine the brand for iFIX, remove most of the logo, and replace it with a new trademark. There have been many examples of this in the past. IFIX 4.5 provides this special trademark printing tool, making it easier than before.
